European Campus – Enhancing overseas student mobility
1 November 2008 – 31 October 2010
Summary
The information provided by many master programme websites often makes it difficult for students to collect adequate information to plan a study period abroad.
The main goal of the European Campus project is to develop a Mobility Information Platform that provides students from all over the world the necessary information to enroll in an International Master Programme and access all opportunities of personal growth offered by a study experience in the European Higher Education Area.
The project partners aim to improve information provision by encouraging universities to use an online Master Template which offers master coordinators the opportunity to provide both formal (from e.g. European Higher Education Institutions) and non-formal information (from e.g. European Student Organizations) related to international programmes. The European Campus platform presents information in an attractive and user-friendly way. Providing consistency and coherence in the way information is presented makes data comparable and accessible for students searching for international programmes in the European Higher Education Area.
The project is targeted towards students from all over the world, European Higher Education Institutions and European Student Organisations.
